No one knows how to use a clutch unless they burn your clutch .sad
So I don't want to write this review but I had to, I spent over 30 dollars to get my SUV cleaned and outward appearance it was clean give or take a few areas that could have been touched up, but the interior wasn't even touched, I have a kid and a dog hence why I needed my car cleaned. I drove back around and told the guy with the slicked back hair and white headphones that my trunk wasn't vacuumed and it still had dog hair, crumbs, etc he said he did and waved me off in Spanish "I know Spanish and calling me a Pendejo isn't very nice". I went into the office and told the person at the front desk and he immediately came out and vacuumed my trunk, I was still mad but thankful he fixed it. As I drove off the guy that waved me off ever so rudely ripped me the middle finger, I hesitated to go back in because I was very heated so I drove off. As i came to the light I started looking around the car and noticed the interior wasn't even done for the exception of the mats. I didn't have time to turn around so this is my review instead. I know a lot of people who are hard workers who don't have jobs and I will gladly put you in touch with them since your workers seem to not care about customer service or quality of work.
The exterior portion of the wash is pretty good but the interior cleaning is usually poorly done. I always have to wipe down the interior myself with wet wipes after paying them $17 to do it for me. It basically looks like they wipe the interior down very quickly with a dry cloth which is pretty ineffective.
The facilities are nice and clean but the service was lacking. After my vehicle was washed the four attendants attempted to dry it by hitting it with wet towels for a minute before they went back to sitting in their chairs. My interior windows were still dirty and they completely ignored the water running down the inside of my door. Apparently they did not close my door so I spent the next few hours with a wet seat. I pointed it out to them and they pointed me to a pile of wet towels. Could be a nice place with a little more effort on service.
If you care about your car don't take it here.if you want added scratches on youf car take it there.The people are really short so the middle of your car stays wet when they dry your car off They have a plastic bottle hanging off thier pocket and that hits your car no less then 5 times.Times that by 4 more employees..Dont ever take your car there if your car is a dark color or a stick shift.I saw one employee drop the rag on the concrete ,pick it up and continued to wipe my Camaro down.( Think it picked up some rocks) That's when I jumped in my car and left
Nice facility To bad owner can't hire people who care"s.Gives a new meaning to a lick and a promise.Couple of rude employees too.Stay away if you can.
Good car wash, doesn’t offer hand washes and none of the staff except the cashier speak English. When the car leaves the wash, you have a team that wipes the car down. Unfortunately, I’ve taken my car there a few times and each time, the car is maybe 70% clean. There’s also practically no customer service.
