I love the convenience of portioned food (okay and the help with self-control too!) but the best part is that the food from here is actually really good! So many choices means I never get bored, and certain meals have become true favorite foods (mmm blackbean feta wrap). It's also pretty easy to manage my plan even with my travel schedule and busy lifestyle too.
Love the food! I have purchased food from other weight loss programs and Diet To Go is the only one with delicious food. I have been on the program for many weeks and I am delighted by the meal selection. It was a pleasant surprise.
I recommend this program. They offer a nice selection with good quality. Customer service has been courteous and helpful.

The very first week of my meals I ordered apple pancakes. Heated up my food and bit into it and even though the package clearly said apple they were blueberry pancakes. What if I had a berry allergy???? Big time mistake. Fast forward I still continued with them. I normally get emails letting me know my food is on the way. My third week I chose to skip my meals for the week. Even though it was about a hour past deadline I was hoping it would allow me to cancel (previous week did not let me make changes after). To my surprise and excitement it let me make the changes. Keep in mind this is labor day so I assumed they were closed since its a federal holiday. I didn't get an email the next day saying that my meals were on the way as usual so again I'm thinking everything went through as I requested. Fast forward 2 days I see my card was charged for the whole week of meals. I called to let them know my complaint because I didn't even know that I had meals waiting for me. The manager Lora didn't even identify herself as the manager until I told her three times I wanted to speak to a manager. she started to get a little loud and rude and basically told me to stop assuming. So now I have food that's been sitting for DAYS that I can't and won't eat but they will not refund me my money for this week. Only a few weeks in and have had multiple problems with them. Not only that their meals are FULL of carbs. I don't see how anyone can really lose weight that way. Canceling my subscription and NEVER ordering from them again
