Once the part was installed Wayne verified the part was working properly. One important part of the his customer service skills, he was able to explain to me on how the water system work in relationship to the part. Wayne Morgan arrive on-site (WITH SHOE COVERS) on time and determined right away want the solution would be in order to stop the leak.
